What services do you provide?
We provide business to business same day direct delivery of your item(s) during regular business hours, as per customer request.
How do I schedule a pick up for service?
Please send a request for quote for service to info@thecourier.today. Please include the pick up location, delivery location, Contact person, phone numbers pieces, weight and dimensions of product, when it will be available, hours of operation and any special instructions for the driver. You will receive a quote for service and be advised the availability of the driver to pick up .
How will I know when my package is delivered.
Dispatch will email you the status of the shipment and provide a picture of your product delivered.
Can I schedule a pickup in advance?
Yes! We accept advance bookings.
What if I need to cancel a pick up?
No problem, we will honour the cancellation request. A fee will be charged if the driver is on route to the collection point.
